This workshop will offer some practical skills for nourishing ourselves and each other with massage. These tools can be used on ourselves or on friends.
Drawing on reflexology, which maps the whole body onto the feet and hands, and other body massage techniques we’ll learn several practices to ease tension and support our bodies to restore.
Everything will be taught as self-massage, but adaptions will be offered for partner or group work. All of the practices will be flexible to suit various abilities.
Please bring a hexagonal pencil if possible and get in touch if you want to ask about anything ahead of the workshop.
