We have included a link to the Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Fund for any groups or organisations considering an application.
Happier January:
Things have certainly not been easy over the last year, and we are still in difficult and uncertain times. The best way to try to handle our difficult emotions and experiences is by focusing on what we can control. This month, we're encouraging everyone to focus on small steps to try to boost happiness - for ourselves and others around us - to spread kindness and hopefully inspire others to do the same. Check out Do Good January calendar here
Glasgow Food Map:
As the the expense of Christmas bites into January finances, we know that many people in our communities will struggle to put food on the table. This map will direct you to free food parcels and free meals in Glasgow: Glasgow Free Food Map - Urban Roots - the map is continually updated but we suggest that you double check with projects before making a journey or directing someone to a service.
