Govanhill Community Clean-up — Saturday 29 June

At the beginning of the month we took part in the second community-organised clean-up of Govanhill. It was another great turnout and there were plenty of new faces...It's always uplifting to work alongside other volunteers and know you're making a difference, no matter how small.

As you can see, we managed to clear up a whole bunch of rubbish in our streets!

This Saturday we are taking part in yet another Govanhill Clean-up, why not come along and join us for a couple of hours?

DETAILS FOR SATURDAY 29 JUNE

• We will meet at the Govanhill Free Church at 10:30am for a health and safety briefing.

• The clean-up will start at 11am after everyone is suited, booted and put into smaller teams.

• Afterwards we will head back to the Govanhill Free Church for refreshments where everyone will get the chance to eat, unwind and socialise.
