Participatory Discussion Morning - Divided: When Opposites Don’t Attract,

Our next open newsroom event ‘Divided: When Opposites Don’t Attract’, will be held on Friday November 29th around the issue of polarisation. We will be discussing how our community have been impacted by polarisation and the problems caused by it, what you know has worked and what more can or should be done, and what role independent media can play & what that means for our coverage.

We will be joined by the Ferret, a non-profit investigative media cooperative. Bring a respectful attitude and an open mind. We'll provide coffee, pastries and the space* to discuss the harms caused by – and the potential solutions to – the problem of polarisation.

This is a free event & everyone is welcome to come along, however pre-booking is mandatory as we have limited spaces available.
