Every time we rest, it is an act of self-care.
We gather together to restore and soothe in a 2 hour immersive workshop. We will explore practices which nourish the body and mind collectively.
Restorative yoga is a practice of stillness and non-doing. There will be a 90 minute practice with gentle postures, nourishing breath-work and meditation. Following this expect a 30 minute yoga nidra to transport you into a deep state of rest.
This workshop lands on the December full moon which is sometimes referred to as the “long nights moon”. With days getting shorter, nights getting longer and temperatures dropping, it’s the ideal time to reflect and journey inwards.
