As part of the Govanhill International Festival, Remade Network is hosting an in-person repair picnic open to all of the community.
Do you have a shirt that needs some TLC? Or a pair of jeans with one too many holes? Join this event to repair your garments with the help of talented textile technicians in an open friendly environment.
All you need to bring is clothes to repair, tools you may need and possibly a blanket or chair so you're comfortable. Organisers will be on hand to provide assistance to help you mend your textiles. There will be extra tools, thread and buttons for those who need it.
This event is free to attend but donations are welcome.
