Govanhill Polyglot Sessions are taster and conversational level language classes taught by residents of Govanhill where at least 88 languages are spoken. They were originally set up in response to the ‘Languages of Govanhill’ survey as many locals said they wanted to mingle in each other’s mother tongues. The sessions are open to everyone, but places are limited.
