Etienne Kubwabo is a film-maker and writer who has written, directed and produced award-winning documentaries, films and music videos.
He's also the creator of Scotland’s first-ever black superhero: DJ ET, in Beats of War, is a superhero who comes to Earth to find a way to save his home planet from robot invaders - and in the process, discovers music.
As part of Tramway’s Beyond Walls season, Etienne has devised a truly heroic programme of workshops for superheroes of all ages, including aerial arts, circus skills, parkour and mask making.
All workshops in this program are free of charge and will take place in the Pollokshields bowling green.
