Govanhill Community Clean planned for 1 June

After the success of the first ever Govanhill Community Clean during the springtime, the community are once again banding together for another local litter-pick to help keep our streets cleaner and safer. Their message: ‘we are the custodians of our own community.’

Join community groups, representatives, and local residents and businesses for our Govanhill Community Clean this June!

We will meet at the Govanhill Free Church at 10:30am for a briefing.

Then we will head out at 11am for the litter pick, followed by some refreshments back at the Govanhill Free Church at 12:15pm.

This is to become a monthly event, roughly happening on the last Saturday of each month.
