Glasgow Museums’ Intercultural Youth Group

Glasgow Life Museums invites you to join the newly created Intercultural Youth Group programme, to be a voice for young people aged 18-25 from ethnic minority groups in Glasgow.

This programme will experiment with different ways in which museums and galleries can provide a space for underserved communities in Glasgow, creating opportunities for development, socialising, and engagement with our vast collection.

We will meet every second Friday, 3-5pm, in the Studio on the top floor of GoMA (fully accessible) and in other Glasgow Museums venues. Bus tickets (e-codes) for travel will be available.

To find out more, you can book a slot at our information event, at 3pm on the 20th September 2024 at GoMA, Royal Exchange Square G1 3AH, where you’ll be able to meet us and chat with us about the group.

Please apply here if you are a young person aged 18 – 25, belonging to an ethnic minority group and are interested in community, heritage, art, and culture.
